Yang Bangsheng:The most important thing when renovating old buildings is to find the original problems. The reason why I want to change it must be because there are various problems. For example, the function is reasonable but too old, so I have to use new and fashionable methods to solve it. If there are too many original functions, I may enhance its composite functions and use the released area for other purposes, reduce the number of public spaces, weaken supporting facilities, achieve small investment, big effects, and reduce personnel costs. So I think we need to find the problem, take a good pulse, do research, find the problem, and solve the problem.
