The natural gas gap in Quanzhou City exceeds 1.8 million m³/day
Quanzhou City is an important ceramics production area in my country. It is also the earliest ceramics production area in my country to uniformly implement the "coal-to-gas" transition. Currently, there are about 130 large and small ceramic companies in Nan'an and Jinjiang, Quanzhou. Ceramic industry companies are Big gas user.
It is worth noting that the price of natural gas in Fujian has always been high. However, in November this year, amid the rising national natural gas prices, Quanzhou lowered the price of pipeline natural gas. The maximum sales price of pipeline natural gas for non-resident users dropped from the previously high 2.796 Yuan/m³ was lowered to 2.62 Yuan/m³.
Since late November, the national natural gas supply tension has gradually expanded, affecting Fujian. According to relevant documents requested by Nan'an Gas Co., Ltd. to coordinate with the municipal government to ensure natural gas supply in Nan'an City, the current gap between natural gas supply and demand in Quanzhou City exceeds 1.8 million m³/day, of which the gap in Nan'an City is approximately 400,000 m³/day.
To this end, Nan'an Gas urges the Nan'an Municipal Government to coordinate gas sources to ensure supply on the one hand, and on the other hand to initiate an emergency gas supply guarantee plan for reduction and suspension, and to adopt limited gas supply to industrial users by classification, zoning, and step by step.
As a large consumer of natural gas, ceramic industry enterprises bear the main task of gas restriction.

According to the field survey of "Ceramic Information", although Nan'an City has more than 30 ceramic enterprises, most of them are small enterprises with 1 to 2 production lines, and the production capacity is mostly around 10,000 m2/day. Nan'an City has a total of Has no more than 80 production lines.
There are no more than 10 ceramic companies with three or more production lines, including Nan'an Xiejin, Baoda, Mingsheng, Haolian, Meisheng, etc. Therefore, the production restriction task of suspending 22 production lines is mainly concentrated on the above-mentioned companies. .
In addition, "Ceramic Information" learned from the person in charge of a certain ceramic company in Jinjiang City that the current production restriction measures in Jinjiang City are that companies with only one production line will not stop production, companies with two production lines will stop one, and three production lines. According to the above plan, nearly 1/3 of the existing nearly 250 production lines in Jinjiang City (about 200 production lines are in production) will be suspended.

According to Nan'an Gas documents, the total gas consumption in Nan'an City currently reaches 1.4 million m³, but the current gas supply can only guarantee 70% of industrial gas. If the gap cannot be filled in the future, further expansion of gas outages and restrictions cannot be ruled out. gas range, it can only guarantee less than 50% of the industrial gas consumption in Nan'an City.
"Jinjiang is now 1/3 closed, and may only open 1/3 in the future." An industry insider in Jinjiang predicted.
