In the data center, not only can the whole picture be dynamically displayed on the central large screen, the relevant real-time production data and equipment operating status can be clearly understood and fully controlled, but also the process parameters, real-time power consumption, real-time gas consumption, empty kiln rate, and output of each link can be seen , quality inspection monitoring, etc., which greatly improves the current production situation and provides a data basis for 2025 intelligent manufacturing.
Dongpeng Qingyuan base uses CX175L Japanese Kawasaki Heavy Industries brick-picking robot, which can easily complete the placement requirements of different specifications, different levels and different access methods with the automatic detection system. Greatly reduce manual labor intensity and reduce labor risks. In order to meet the demand for high-quality customization of various home design solutions, Dongpeng Qingyuan base adopts a double-layer slate kiln with a length of 226 meters and a width of 2.35 meters, which can produce various specifications of slates with a thickness of 5.5-15MM. It has greatly enriched Dongpeng's product series and empowered the production line to become a truly flexible rock slab production line.
In order to achieve low energy consumption of the product, the double-layer kiln at Dongpeng Qingyuan base adopts flue gas heat exchanger and uses new high-efficiency heat transfer elements with good heat transfer performance, safe and reliable use, which can recover 50% of the kiln flue gas. The heat effect can reduce flue gas emissions by about 40% and reduce the flue gas processing capacity of the factory desulfurization tower, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.

The press design uses advanced technology and calculation methods to optimize molding and maximize product quality. The hydraulic system uses a flow-increasing booster designed by Sacmi, which can limit the maximum pressure online and reduce energy consumption.
Based on the current situation of the factory in the past 20 years, the Dongpeng team adapted to local conditions and creatively launched a double-layer three-dimensional kiln tail billet storage system. The double-layer three-dimensional glaze line is matched with Japanese Kawasaki Heavy Industries robots to realize intelligent classification and storage of different products according to production needs. , intelligently transfer the bricks from the brick storage system to the polishing line, and load the bricks fully automatically, eliminating the intermediate transportation process and manual brick loading process, and the entire process can be operated unmanned.
To realize Industry 4.0, create intelligent equipment. The intelligent control room of the kiln at Dongpeng Qingyuan Base can automatically collect operating parameters such as equipment fans, transmissions, temperatures, and pressures, display them in real time, and monitor them online. It can set firing curves according to different products and call them with one click. It also has mainstream IoT protocols such as OPC and MQTT to exchange data with the external network and provide a variety of data support for Industry 4.0. At present, APP remote control has been implemented, and one-click control can be achieved whether at home or in the factory.
